Jens Andersen (born 1955) M.A. in Danish and works as a literary critic. Jens Andersen is the author of several major biographies of Danish writers, among these Andersen – En biografi [Andersen: A Biography] (2003), published in several languages. Jens Andersen is also the author of Ild i papiret [Fire in the Paper] (2005) In 2004, he was awarded the prestigious Weekendavisen's Literature Prize for Andersen – en biografi.
